NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 15, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-004418 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Cedo Spasovski, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 23rd day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 70.12 FEET OF LOTS 47 AND 49, BLOCK “A”, PLAT OF WRENS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
