Final Judgment was awarded on August 23, 2013, in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-054130, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and ELISEO ABUIN; ELVIRA ANDRES; PEDRO WILLIAMS ANDRES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ; COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB OF LEE COUNTY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. ; SHADOW GLEN AT COLONIAL II RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on September 23, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB PARCEL 116, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 53 AND 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
