Final Judgment was awarded on June 27, 2013 in Civil Case No.:09-CA-063026, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HEAT 2005-8 is the Plaintiff, and MATTHEW D. LOMBARDO; PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; LORETTA KISTINGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW D. LOMBARDO; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
