NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-054527, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and JILL H. SHEPHARD; ROLAND DAVID SHEPARD; USEPPA ISLAND PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); are defendants.
