NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058116 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and CHARLES W. CLANCY, JR A/K/A CHARLES CLANCY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 57, UNIT 7, SAN CAROLS PARK, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGES 122 THROUGH 158, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
