Lots 39 and 40, Block 1997, UNIT 28, CAPE CORAL, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 101 through 111, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C.
