NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-003743, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and JAMES FROST A/K/A JAMES T. FROST; BIARRITZ VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC; CHEVAL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SUNTRUST BANK; DONNA M. FROST; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 2, BIARRITZ VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
