NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-019296, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and TEODORO LUGO JR A/K/A TEODORO LUGO; KATHY A LUGO; ROSA TORRES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 OF H.M. BUTLER SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE SAME BEING ALSO DESCRIBED AS THE NORTH 136 FEET OF THE WEST 70 FEET OF THE EAST 165 FEET OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
