NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-011318 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Aames Mortgage Investment Trust 2006-1, Mortgage Backed Notes, is the Plaintiff and Allan Scott Harvey, Juanita Harvey A/K/A Juanita Stephanie Harvey, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
