NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011312 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a/k/a Wachovia Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., f/k/a Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Eva Ruth Henry, Donald Bates, Teresa Smith, Tenant #1 n/k/a Kimberly Joseph, Tenant #2 n/k/a Mary Hines, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 13 AND THE SOUTH 12.50 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 13, SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO EVA RUTH HENRY BY DEED FROM TIMOTHY A. BROWN RECORDED 07/01/2003 IN DEED BOOK 12810 PAGE 1537, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
