NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-005749 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2006RS1, is the Plaintiff and Ha T. Tran, Lakshminarayan Rajaram, Tenant #1 n/k/a Chance (Refused Last Name), Tenant #2 n/k/a Mihn Tran, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
