NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08-CA-016686 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC., Plaintiff, and, DEL SOL, KAREN, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7TH day of OCTOBER, 2013, the following described property:
THE LAND IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, CITY OF TAMPA, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 4030-C, BUILDING 5, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED JULY 9, 1979 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3543 PAGE 86, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
