NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-002890, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2007-NC3, is Plaintiff and ALTON BOWEN A/K/A ALTON S. BOWEN; SHELIA GODFREY A/K/A SHEILA GODREY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALTON BOWEN A/K/A ALTON S. BOWEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHELIA GODFREY A/K/A SHEILA GODREY; GRANT PARK ADDITION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 47, GRANT PARK ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
