NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017767 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for CSMC Mortgage-Backed Trust 2007-4 , is the Plaintiff and Fabian Bocardo, Tenant #1 n/k/a Eduardo Dominguez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 9.8 FEET OF LOT 3 AND LOT 4, LESS THE EAST 10.06 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 10, NORTH ROSEDALE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID INCLUDED EAST 9.8 FEET OF LOT 3 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; THAT PART OF SAID LOT 3, LYING EAST OF A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 9.8 FEET WEST OF THE LINE DIVIDING SAID LOTS 3 AND 4; SAID EXECUTED EAST 10.06 FEET BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS THAT PART OF SAID LOT 4 LYING EAST OF OF LINE PARALLEL TO AND 10.06 FEET WEST OF THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 3 AND 4 IN SAID BLOCK 10.
