Final Judgment was awarded on August 5, 2013 in Civil Case No.:10-CA-009245, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and, LAURINDA ARMSTRONG FERNANDEZ; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS FLORIDA, INCORPORATED; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
