NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 08, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-016086 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH UNION PLANTERS MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and KEYLA BURGOS A/K/A KEYLA S. BURGOS COX; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEYLA BURGOS A/K/A KEYLA S. BURGOS COX N/K/A NICOLAS RAUL OTERO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SPENCER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT H-214, UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS VI, A CONDOMINUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDO PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 7, ET SEQ, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4392, PAGE 608 THROUGH 683, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
