NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-010774 (N) of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, where PNMAC MORTGAGE OPPORTUNITY FUND INVESTORS, LLC and HECHT, DARIN, et al, Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
