NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 024905 DIV. M of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Yvette Lahham; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SouthStar Funding, LLC; Unknown Spouse of Yvette Lahham; John Doe; Jane Doe as unknown tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 387 AND 388, TOGETHER WITH NORTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY LYING SOUTH OF 388, REVISED PLAT OF OAK TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
