NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-016127 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and Fabian Guerra; Unknown Spouse of Fabian Guerra; Diana M. Benito; Grande Oasis at Carrollwood Condomium Association, Inc; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2818 IN BUILDING 2800 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM,ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA,TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
