NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-015854 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, MENA, JOSE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14TH day of OCTOBER , 2013 the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 18155, BUILDING 11, OF EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE PROPOSED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
