NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1301, Phase 1, MONTEREY AT LAKE SEMINOLE, a CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 15068, Page 1536, and any amendments thereof, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 7901 Seminole Boulevard, #1301, Seminole, Florida, 33772.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 4, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
