NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11012418CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOSE ANTONIO HERNAIZ A/K/A JOSE A. HERNAIZ A/KA/ JOSE HERNAIZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE ANTONIO HERNAIZ A/K/A JOSE A. HERNAIZ A/KA/ JOSE HERNAIZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; WALTER BRAUN; TIFFANY HUGHES, AS TRUSTEE OF TRUST NO. 1946 UNDER TRUST DATED 2/1/2000; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF TRUST NO. 1946 UNDER TRUST DATED 2/1/20 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, LESS THE NORTH 7.5 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK B, SHELTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
