NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008CA013301 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Dwayne Warren, Sheree Warren AKA Sheree Lynn Leppinen, United States of America Internal Revenue Service, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
