NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA001079 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association , is the Plaintiff and Cynthia Low Dill a/k/a Cynthia L. Dill, Vance Lowell Dill a/k/a Vance L. Dill, Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc, Tenant #1 n/k/a Brandon Clinkinbeard, Tenant #2 n/k/a Trevor Dill, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 10th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 828, GREENBRIAR UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
