Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent to The Entry of Final Judgment of Foreclosure Sale, dated August 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-010115-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and BRITNEY JEAN STANLEY, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 325, OF VANTAGE POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 15234, PAGE 601 AS AMENDED FROM THE TIME TO TIME, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
