NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10002470CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH ANN BECK; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH ANN BECK IF MARRIED; and MOTOR CREDIT CORPORATION; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and JOHN DOE N/K/A KYLE FURNIVAL are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, ORANGE VIEW SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page(s) 57, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
