NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013 , and entered in Case No.12-2824-CO-42 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and KENNETH G. LITTLEWOOD, CAROL LITTLEWOOD are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 20, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 98, CLOVERPLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, (Phase II), together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto, as described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5669, Pages 189 through 257, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as shown on the condominium plat recorded in Plat Book 75, pages 29-31, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
