NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 1, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 12, PINEBROOK ESTATES PHASE TWO UNIT 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88, Pages 65 and 66, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 13-1998-CO-54 now pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
