NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-013855-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006NC2, is the Plaintiff and ANTONIA QUILES ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A ANDRES QUILES; JENNIFER FERNANDEZ ; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; ANDRES FERNANDEZ are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, LAKE PINES ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
