Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 08,2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 87, CLOVERPLACE, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R BOOK 5669, PAGES 189 THROUGH 257, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
