NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522010CA015104XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LARRY B. CUNNINGHAM; BAYPOINTE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 9202, BUILDING 900, BAYPOINTE PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15132, PAGE 736, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
