NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09002923CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and HILDARA URQUIOLA A/K/A HILDARA CRISTINA URQUIOLA A/K/A HILDARA C. URQUIOLA, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTA MAGGI, MARTA MAGGI and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1708, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15084, PAGE 873, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 142, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
