Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Second Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated August 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 10014592CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and HECTOR M. MARENGO, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, St. Pete Division. will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3, HARSHAW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of November, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
