NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-009842 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOHN LESOUSKY; BOCA CIEGA RESORT & MARINA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DUANE R KORB; PARTON REALTY INVESTMENTS, LLC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 318, OF BOCA CIEGA RESORT AND MARINA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14187, PAGE 623, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
