RIDER A/K/A BETTY L. PHILLIPS; DONALD J RIDER; SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC., NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 20 AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC., NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 65 THROUGH 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED OCTOBER 27, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5264, PAGES 1427 THROUGH 1504, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5351, PAGE 1968, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5561, PAGE 537 AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5987, PAGE 1418, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
