YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, WINDEMERE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
LOT 21, WINDEMERE, according to Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 100, Pages 23 through 32, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the street address of: 4328 Worthington Circle, Palm Harbor, Florida 34685.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before October 7, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
