NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-008569-CI-21, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and TISHA D. BOADEN; NANCY J. BOADEN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; DENNIS BOADEN; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 20th day of September, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, UNIVERSITY PARK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
