NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010355 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to Citifinancial Mortgage Company, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Lynda Morgan, Lexington National Insurance Corporation, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, W.S. Badcock Corporation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 102, TERESA GARDENS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
