NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in 522010CA002294XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and HARIZ BEBA; MAIDA BEBA; are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 26, 2013 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105, OF AMBLESIDE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
