NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-013683, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EDWIN ESTRELLA AKA EDWIN D. ESTRELLA, DOCKSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION CLEARWATER BEACH, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 504, OF DOCKSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION RECORDED THE 24TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2007, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16027, PAGES 1829-1894, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN INDIVIDUAL INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
