Book 4962, Pages 1581 through 1642, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 1 through 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 1615 58th Terrace South #5, St. Petersburg, FL 33712, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on OCTOBER 2, 2013, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
