Unit 422, BAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE X REPLAT, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Plat Book thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 58, at Page 41, and any amendments thereto and according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5306, at Page 5, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. a/k/a 5265 East Bay Drive #422, Clearwater, FL 33765.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 A.M., on the 29th day of October, 2013.
