Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, and Richard Vanderwiede, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 29, Chateaux Des Lacs, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The parcel number is 09/27/16/14878/0000/0290. The address is 114 Rue Des Chateaux, Tarpon Springs, FL 34688.
