YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights to a minor male child, known as Dakota Lewis Ragle-Bowen, born on September 21, 2008, in Pinellas County, Florida, to mother, Victoria Patricia Dee Bowen and to father has been filed by KIMBERLY ANN RAGLE and JEFFREY WAYNE RAGLE. You are hereby commanded to be and appear in the above Court at before the Honorable AMY WILLIAMS, at 545 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710 at 3:00 p.m. on the 1st day of October, 2013, to show cause why said Petition should not be granted. The court has set aside 30 minutes for this hearing.
