NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008540-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA M. CENTER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 20, of Building A, of CAMELOT-BY-THE-LAKE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in Official Records Book 3139, page 222, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration appurtenant thereof, all in accordance with and subject, however to all the provisions of the said Declaration of condominium of Camelot-By-The Lake, Together with covered parking space number 3, appurtenant to the above unit as a limited common element, thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
