HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR6 is Plaintiff and SIMEON LOUIS ROMAN; VIELKA ROMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR 1ST MARINER BANK,; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 126 SOUTH POINTE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 85 AND 86 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
