NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-003306-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and JOSEPH WILLIAMS, JR. A/K/A JOSEPH V.WILLIAMS, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH WILLIAMS, JR.A/K/A JOSEPH V. WILLIAMS, JR.; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; VILLA VALENCIA ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 107, BUILDING NO. 8103, OF VILLA VALENCIA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8319, AT PAGE 3823, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO..
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
