NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010027-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6 is Plaintiff and DANIEL ITURRIZAGA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL ITURRIZAGA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; KB HOMES ORLANDO LLC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 216, AVALON PARK VILLAGE 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, AT PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
