NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST BARBARA R. HARRIS A/K/A BARBARA RICHARDSON HARRIS, DECEASED; EDWARD M. HARRIS, JR. A/K/A EDWARD MILTON HARRIS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF BARBARA R.
