NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-038314-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and PHYLLIS L. TRUELUCK; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA; NANCIE J. ABDALLAH; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A LUIS HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 24th day of September, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 452, PARK MANOR ESTATES UNIT ELEVEN “B” FIRST REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
